Messika Charity Evening in Favor of Saby Foundation

Recently, a charity gala-cocktail of Messika French jewelry brand was held in the city of Almaty. The guests of the evening were acquainted with an exclusive jewelry collection, some of which the brand transferred to the Saby Foundation.    

“We are grateful that companies choose our Foundation as a beneficiary. The very fact that the commercial sector comes out with this kind of initiatives suggests that traditions of charity are being laid in our country, and this cannot but rejoice,” Aselle Tasmagambetova, President of the Saby Foundation, said in her welcoming speech.

24 million tenge will be allocated by the Saby Foundation for the construction of emergency pediatric surgery in the city of Aktau. This is the third Surgical Department in the framework of the Emergency Pediatric Surgery project launched in 2018.

The previous two facilities were opened by the Saby Foundation in the city of Almaty in April 2019 and in the city of Semey in January 2020. These are new high-tech fully equipped operating units that allow children to conduct emergency operations based on the highest standards. The total amount of the expired cost is 421 000 000 tenge.

The preliminary cost of the Department construction in the city of Aktau is 250 000 000 tenge, some of which have already been collected, including with the support of the Messika brand.
