Aselle Tasmagambetova was awarded the People's Gratitude medal

President and founder of the Saby Charitable Foundation Aselle Tasmagambetova was awarded the honorary medal “People's Gratitude”. This is a state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan, established in accordance with the Decree of the President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev dated June 8, 2020.

The medal is awarded to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are fruitfully working in the fields of education, health care, social protection, as well as those who have distinguished themselves in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

During the pandemic, the Saby Foundation under the leadership of Aselle Tasmagambetova spent 1,137,393,000 tenge to help the population, purchase tests to determine coronavirus infection, medical equipment, medicines, personal protective equipment and other sanitary and anti-epidemic measures.
