Medical assistance to Madi, Maria and Meruert

Thanks to regular donations to our fund, from May to July we provided targeted aid to several beneficiaries.

Seven-year-old Madi from Astana city at an early age was diagnosed with "Two-sided sensorineural hearing loss of the 4^th degree." The child needed an expensive acoustic apparatus that would provide him with the opportunity to develop and navigate in a world full of sounds. The Saby foundation purchased for Madi a first-class hearing aid Phonak Sky, created specifically for children and adolescents to compensate for the I-IV degree of hearing loss. It is securely attached to the ear and allows even the most mobile child to feel comfortable. Small sizes make it almost invisible, and a wide range of settings makes it much easier to use. On September 1, Madi will go to the first grade of a general education school and, we are sure, will get straight A's.J

17-year-old Maria asked the Foundation for assistance, a graduate of one of the Almaty schools. The diagnosis of the girl is "High-degree myopia. Complex myopic astigmatism of the reverse type. Eyeball paresis." The Foundation paid Masha for the purchase of specialized glasses, medicines for improving vision, as well as a cycloscopy procedure.

Our third beneficiary was 45-year-old Meruert from Almaty city. For many years, a woman moves around in a wheelchair and at the same time performs her work duties full-time on an equal basis with her colleagues. We bought for Meruert a new and comfortable wheelchair of  MEYRA manufacturer. The model has unique driving characteristics and is great for active people, helping them stay mobile in everyday life, at work and in household chores.
