Results of the contest "Build your business 2022-2023"

The winners of the IX Young Entrepreneurs Support Contest "Build Your Own Business 2022-2023" were announced in Almaty.

For 9 years now, the Saby Charitable Foundation, with the support of businessmen Kenes Rakishev and Vyacheslav Kim, has been providing Kazakhstani entrepreneurs with a real chance to express their ideas or already working projects and receive financial support for the implementation and promotion of their business.

This year, 1054 applications were submitted for the competition, as a result of which 21 projects were shortlisted. After studying the business plans, and then the presentations personally presented by the contestants at a meeting with the organizers, the commission selected 9 finalists, whose projects were recognized as the best.

The prize fund this year was $330,000, and the number of finalists who received $50,000 checks was a record in the history of the competition.

Traditionally, educational and mentoring support for the finalists of the competition is provided by our constant partners – Ernst&Young and Microsoft. And the information partner Forbes Kazakhstan presented a special prize - placement of banner advertising on the Forbes.kz website for 7 days and 2 invitation cards to the Forbes Kazakhstan summit "30 to 30". 3. myMind. Dementia test - $50,000

4. Recycling of polyethylene waste into Masterbatch dye - $ 50,000

5. Ansar Foods. Pasta production – $50,000

6. Qaz Textile. Production of textile tape - $30,000

7. SmarTestPrep. Educational platform - $20,000

8. Jaryq Academy. Online courses - $20,000

9. Production of toilet paper and napkins - $10,000
