На сегодняшний день на объекте полностью завершены работы по устройству внеплощадочных инженерных сетей и соответствующие все документы сданы в государственные органы для приемки в эксплуатацию.
Также закончены внутренние отделочные работы по всем жилым корпусам и на весну запланированы финишные работы по благоустройству территории.
