Unique cultural event occurred in Almaty on October 5, 2017 - the chamber concert of the Borodin String Quartet took place. For the first time these legendary musicians appeared before the footlights jointly with the prizewinner of international competitions Erlan Mansurov in the Great Hall of the Kazakh State Philharmonic.
The concert in question was organized by the Kazakh Geographical Society and, aside from its great artistic credentials, had a challenging task - all funds from the sale of tickets were destined for donation to a charitable fund.
Our “Saby” Foundation acted as the beneficiary of the event, pursuant to the decision of the organizers. We, in turn, gratefully accepted the funds and forwarded it for the execution of our Medical Project - we have purchased two indispensable to life apparatus, the CTG and the neonatal table - for the perinatal department of the Akmola Regional Hospital.
We wholeheartedly thank to the non-governmental organization “Kazgeo” for participating in charitable activities and for unforgettable enthusiasm caused by the concert!
