Saby Foundation has purchased personal protective equipment for physicians

Saby Foundation continues its work to assist in fighting the spread of coronavirus infection. At the moment, we have purchased and delivered 2,000 sets of personal protective equipment (PPE) for physicians in the city of Atyrau and Atyrau region where the situation regarding COVID-19 remains serious. Each set includes overalls, a mask, glasses, shoe covers and gloves for physicians who are in direct contact with infected patients.  

Unfortunately, we have to admit that when choosing a supplier we faced with the fact that a variety of goods are presented on the market that do not meet sanitary and epidemiological requirements, however, they are claimed to be like these. We were very scrupulous and careful about choosing the PPE. All sets are certified medical supplies of the highest quality. They will definitely protect physicians from infection.

Besides, to protect medical personnel who are not in direct contact with covid-positive patients, we have delivered 10,400 masks and 10,000 protective shields.

In particular, we would like to emphasize that the necessary requirements and characteristics for the COVID-19 tests, personal protective equipment, medical equipment, etc. that we purchase are always coordinated with representatives of the Health Department and with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, if necessary.
