In April, at the regional center of Makhambet district of Atyrau region, a forum of fellow countrymen “Туған жерге – тағзым” – “Bowing to the Native Land,” was held. The forum united the villagers and invited guests, the natives of the land of Makhambet.
The president of the “Saby” Fund, Assel Tasmagambetova, has been supporting her native land for a long time. This year she has made a decision to build a sports and gaming complex with a total area of 1,400 square meters, which includes children's, basketball, volleyball and football grounds, as well as sports areas of workout and street-out.
Scheduled for September, the completion date of the construction of the facility is timed to the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Makhambet district.
