The opening of the sports and play ground in Makhambet village

“We were looking forward to this ground” say parents, who came with their children to the opening of a multifunctional sports complex in Makhambet village of Atyrau region. “We saw how the workers laid asphalt on the ground in the 40-degree heat, mounted the rubber covering and installed the equipment. We still cannot rejoice sufficiently that our children now have a place where they can use their time profitably. And we feel secure, because we know that children are here. And nearby we can sit on the benches, or also practice.”

By tradition, Akim of Makhambet district, Akhmetov Zh.B., cut a symbolic ribbon and addressed the inhabitants with a solemn speech, congratulating them on the 90^th anniversary of the native land and expressing deep gratitude to the project sponsor, Aselle Tasmagambetova.

The program of the festive event in honor of the opening of the complex included various contests, games and relay races, where the small inhabitants of Makhambet village were actively involved. Adults and children promised to take care of the gift and keep it for many years.
