And since May 01 we have already can see the working of the Contest Headquarters on selecting semifinalists.  <\/p>\n<p>This year, the number of participants from Kazakhstan has significantly exceeded the number of participants from other countries \u2013 and we think it took place mainly because the Organizers have offered special conditions to &#8220;kazakhstani&#8221;&#8221; participants. The <b>\u201cSaby\u2019s\u201d<\/b> staff being responsible for data accumulation and sorting, as well as contacting with the kazakhstani candidates, for the period of acceptance of applications have processed 620 letters, and selected 130 synopsis for their further consideration.
