Holiday at the hospital<\/p>\n
The most awaited days of the year are coming – the time of New Year magic, joy and miracles. Especially for the youngest children. But, unfortunately, not all children can spend this time at home with their families. Many of them are treated in hospitals and during the holidays they stay in the walls of medical institutions.<\/p>\n
Our Foundation decided to support the children being treated in the children’s regional hospital in Petropavlovsk and sent them a real Santa Claus and Snow Maiden with gifts. For two hundred little patients were purchased and presented with developmental sets, books, puzzles, games, coloring books, pencils and felt-tip pens, so that even in hospital conditions each child felt the atmosphere of holiday and magic.<\/p>\n
For children in the hospital, such gifts help distract them from painful medical procedures and help them feel warmth and care even when they are far away from home and friends. We believe that positive emotions will give the children a charge for a speedy and full recovery.<\/p>\n
And we remind that Saby\u00a0Foundation approaches all its projects in a comprehensive way. In February 2022, the Foundation opened the fourth emergency pediatric surgery department in Petropavlovsk Regional Children’s Hospital. A series of training workshops were held for the department’s doctors. Last month, Saby\u00a0sent two pediatric surgeons from the hospital to Moscow for advanced training.<\/p>\n
