Looking forward to the new year is a pleasant and exciting moment for any child, filled with the expectation of miracles and magic. Children who are forced to spend these days in the hospital especially need attention and a sense of celebration. Following the hospital in Petropavlovsk, our foundation wished Happy New Year to the children who are being treated at the Semey Regional Children's Hospital.
The real Santa Claus visited the children and distributed useful gifts from the foundation – books, board games, creative kits, puzzles and toys. Despite the hospital conditions, the children were instantly transported to a New Year's tale and felt the atmosphere of the upcoming holiday.
Semey Children's Hospital is our long-time beneficiary. Here, in January 2020, the Saby Foundation opened and equipped the department of emergency pediatric surgery with advanced equipment, repeatedly conducted master classes and advanced training courses for doctors, purchased additional professional medical equipment, provided personal protective equipment during the coronavirus pandemic, and provided support to the staff of the institution.
